The purpose of this document is to inform you about the means we implement to collect your personal data, in the strictest of your rights.
The company Tivoly attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and carefully monitors compliance with the protective provisions relating to privacy and the processing of personal data.
2_ Definition and nature of personal data
During your use of the site https://www.tivoly.com (hereafter: the “Site”), we may ask you to provide us with personal data concerning yourself.
The term "personal data" refers to all data that identifies an individual, which corresponds in particular to your name, first name, photograph, postal address, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth as well as any other information. that you will choose to communicate to us about yourself such as your considered level of DIY, your interests in the DIY activity, the tools you usually use.

4_ Personal data collection

The data collected on the "Site" is intended for the company TIVOLY , in its capacity as data controller.

7_Duration of storage of personal data
This is what we call the right to be forgotten.
The Data Protection Act provides that personal data may only be kept in a file, in a form allowing the identification of the persons concerned, for the period necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. This information cannot therefore be kept indefinitely.
Your personal data will not be kept beyond the time strictly necessary to manage our relationship with you.

In the event of exercise of the right of access or rectification, data relating to identity documents may be kept for the period provided for in Article 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in one (1) year. 8_ Protection of personal data
We inform you that in accordance with the provisions of article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, TIVOLY takes all precautions to preserve the security of your data in order to, in particular, to prevent their disclosure to unauthorized third parties. To do this, TIVOLY implements the necessary measures to secure its IT devices. In the event that your data is transferred to a subcontractor (for hosting in particular) we ensure that the latter have a level of security that meets the required standards.
9_ Data storage by means of cookies
The cookie is a text file, often encrypted, stored in your browser. It is created when a user's browser loads a particular website. The site sends information to the browser, which then creates a text file. Each time the user returns to the same site, the browser retrieves this file and sends it to the website's server.
We can distinguish two (2) types of cookies, which do not have the same purposes

10_ Use of data in connection with Social Networks
We inform you that information related to your browsing is captured by social networks for the purposes of advertising targeting for their own account via cookies that are placed when you browse our site. The data transmitted are navigation data (pages visited, product viewed, category of product viewed, etc.)

The information collected by TIVOLY for its own account in connection with social networks is governed by these conditions and the specific conditions of TIVOLY applications. On the other hand, TIVOLY is not responsible for the subsequent use which is made of your data by social networks for their own account.
We invite you to consult the personal data protection policies of our various partners (ex: Facebook, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) in order to be aware of the information that is collected by these third parties. « Plug-ins » and social modules
Our site uses "plug-ins" or social modules. These include the small “like”, “share” buttons from third-party social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google +, etc. that you can find on our sites and applications. They allow you to like and share information from our sites and applications with your friends on social networks. 13_ Modifications
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify all or part of this document at any time. The entry into force of these changes will be effective from the publication of the new document. Your use of the "Site" following the entry into force of these changes will constitute recognition and acceptance of the new document. Failing this and if this new document does not suit you, you will no longer have to access the "Service".
